The Total Warranty we offer for 3 years gives you the peace of mind you need when buying watches with such sophisticated movements.

3 Years Warranty.

The seller will be liable to the consumer for defects that appear within a period of three years from delivery, which will be understood as the date shown on the invoice or purchase receipt, or on the delivery note if this is later.

Unless proven otherwise, it will be presumed that defects appearing within two years after delivery already existed when the item was delivered.

The consumer may require the business to remedy the defect, reduce the price, or cancel the contract, with these procedures being free of charge for the consumer, including any necessary expenses to bring the goods into conformity, especially shipping, transportation, labor, or materials costs.

Any factory defects that the watches have during the 3 years from when you receive them are covered.
  • Problems with the strap? We will send you a new one, completely free.
  • Problems with the automatic movement? We will replace the watch with a new one, covering the shipping costs of the defective unit.

These coverages are only offered to our customers. Warranty or coverage is not provided for products purchased on other platforms, as they do not meet our quality standards.
