Cash on Delivery

For customers without a debit/credit card or PayPal, we offer the possibility to pay for their order upon receipt.

Requirements

• Have the exact amount of the order (Products + shipping fee) in cash at the time of delivery. Couriers do not carry change.
• Accept Correos Express rates for Cash on Delivery shipments:

- Mainland: €10.99.

Next day delivery if the order is placed before 3pm.

- Balearic Islands: €14.99.

Delivery in 24/48h if the order is placed before 3pm.

- Canary Islands: Not available.

- Ceuta and Melilla: Not available.

These fees are added to the final order price.

How to request it

By requesting Cash on Delivery payment you agree to receive and pay the agreed amount in cash at the time of delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen calendar days without any justification.

The withdrawal period will expire fourteen calendar days after the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise of this right on your part is sent before the corresponding deadline expires.

Once the product has arrived at our central warehouse, it will be inspected to verify that the product meets the conditions suitable for its return.

• In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make such refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

  We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of their return, whichever condition is met first.

  You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

  You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

  You will need to provide us with your bank details to make the transfer. If you do not have a bank account, you will have to send a cash on delivery shipment to our headquarters.
