We will proceed to make the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of their return, whichever condition is met first.

How to Return a Product
If you need to return an item, follow the instructions we will provide in the return confirmation email.
Important: If you made your purchase through Klarna, it is not necessary to inform Klarna about the return. The "report a return" option in Klarna should only be used if the store has not processed the refund within a reasonable time after receiving the return.
Products Not Eligible for Free Return
Please note that special edition products, limited edition watches, personalized products, and custom designs are not eligible for free returns. These items can only be returned at the customer's expense, provided they meet our return requirements.
Requirements for a Return
The product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, damage, or wear, and include all original elements (manuals, accessories, promotional gifts, etc.). If the product is returned without its original packaging or damaged, it may suffer depreciation.
We accept returns for manufacturing defects, shipping errors, or discrepancies with the order placed.
Once the product is received and its condition verified, we will proceed with the refund of the amount paid within 14 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Missing Items
If any item is missing from your package, don't worry. Sometimes products are shipped separately due to weight restrictions or different warehouses. If after a week you have not received all items, contact us with your order number and a description of what you received.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@paganidesignes.com or clicking here. Please note that orders are processed automatically and generally cannot be canceled once processed. If cancellation is not possible, we will help you manage the return.
Fraudulent Refunds and Disputes
We are always ready to help you with any issues related to your order. Our team is here to assist you, and although response times may be longer during high demand periods, we guarantee your request will be addressed.
However, if a customer makes a fraudulent refund through their bank after receiving the product, we reserve the right to block them from future purchases. Also, if a dispute is opened on PayPal without contacting us first, this will delay the process, as the refund can only be made once the dispute is closed. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.
In case of suspected fraud, the customer must cover the cost of the return shipping, regardless of the outcome of the dispute.
