Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen calendar days without any need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire fourteen calendar days after the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

You may use the withdrawal form provided below, although its use is not mandatory (Withdrawal Form Section 12).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication concerning your exercise of this right to be sent before the deadline expires.
Once the product has arrived at our central warehouse, it will be inspected to verify that it meets the conditions suitable for return.
In case of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make such refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Is it possible to exchange items?
We allow exchanges as long as the items meet the return requirements. Once the exchange request is approved, we will send the replacement item.
The customer must cover the shipping costs for the exchange.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. You will also be informed whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If approved, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days following approval.
