How do I make a return?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and your email address to get started. The order number begins with # and is 4 digits long (Ex: #1234).
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions

What requirements must be met to return a product?

  • Request a return within 14 days after receiving the product.
  • Items must be in strict used and resale condition. Just as you received them. Otherwise they may suffer depreciation.
  • Make the return in the original packaging with all labels intact.

What items are NOT refundable? 

The following items cannot be returned/refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Items with discounts or promotions, if applicable (Ex: Leather case linked to the promotion)

The item I received is damaged!

If a product you have received is defective, please contact us by clicking here within 7 days of the delivery date. We will be happy to provide you with a solution.

Can items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of items as long as the unit to be exchanged meets the return requirements. Once the exchange request is approved, the item will be shipped.

The customer must be responsible for the shipping costs to make an exchange.

What are the refund options?

Refund options available:

  • Refund to original payment method
  • Store credit refund (if applicable)

How can I return the items?

For instructions on how to ship the products you wish to return, please refer to the email you receive after submitting your return request.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of the refund request.

If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
