Cash on delivery

For customers who do not have a debit/credit card or PayPal, we offer the possibility of paying for their order upon receipt.

Requirements

  • Have the exact amount of the order (Products + shipping fee) in cash at the time of delivery. The delivery people do not have change.
  • Accept Correos Express rates for Cash on Delivery shipments:

- Peninsula: €10.99.

Next day delivery by ordering before 3pm.

- Balearic Islands: 14.99€.

Delivery in 24/48 hours by placing the order before 3pm.

- Canary Islands: Not available.

- Ceuta and Melilla: Not available.

These fees are added to the final order price.

Delivery deadlines

It is possible that, in some cases, the model is not available and you will have to wait to receive stock. This would extend the delivery time by approximately 10 days.

By requesting Cash on Delivery you agree to receive and pay the agreed amount in cash at the time of delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of fourteen calendar days without the need for justification.
