Cash on Delivery

For customers who do not have a debit/credit card or PayPal, we offer the option to pay for your order upon delivery.

Requirements

  • Have the exact amount of the order (Products + shipping fee) in cash at the time of delivery. Delivery personnel do not carry change.
  • Accept the Correos Express fees for Cash on Delivery shipments:

- Mainland Spain: €10.99.

Next-day delivery if the order is placed before 3 p.m.

- Balearic Islands: €14.99.

Delivery within 24/48 hours if the order is placed before 3 p.m.

- Canary Islands: Not available.

- Ceuta and Melilla: Not available.

These fees are added to the final order price.

Delivery Times

In some cases, the model may not be available and you will have to wait to receive stock. This would extend the delivery time by approximately 10 days.

How to Request It

By requesting Cash on Delivery payment, you agree to receive and pay the agreed amount in cash at the time of delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen calendar days without any justification.

The withdrawal period will expire fourteen calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Once the product has arrived at our central warehouse, it will be inspected to verify that it meets the conditions suitable for return.

    • In case of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make such reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

      We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

      You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

      You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

      It will be necessary for you to provide us with your bank details to make the transfer. If you do not have a bank account, you will have to send a cash on delivery shipment to our central office.
