Refund Policy


Christmas: Return period extended until January 31, 2023 for purchases made between December 1 and January 16.

14 DAY RETURN POLICY

Our goal is to make sure you enjoy shopping with us.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can arrange a return at our Returns Center within 14 days of receipt. We will not be able to accept return requests if 14 days have passed after the order was delivered.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable (if Express Shipping has been selected).

REQUIREMENTS TO MAKE A RETURN

To return a product, it must be in perfect condition, new, without scratches or dents, etc. As long as it does not go beyond the mere verification of its good condition and operation, and with all the elements that make up the product (manuals, accessories, gifts, gifts, promotions, etc.).

If the product is returned without its original packaging or damaged, the product may suffer depreciation.

Once we receive, and verify that the conditions for the exercise of the Right of Return are met, within a maximum period of 14 business days, the purchase amount of the returned product will be refunded, using the same means in which payment was made.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

All items are inspected before being shipped by our Quality team. However, if you receive a defective item, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt, along with clear pictures and order number.
For defective items, you will have the option of receiving a new replacement product (for this it is necessary to first return the defective unit - we will cover the shipping costs) or a full refund, at your choice.

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt, with clear photographic evidence of the item, package and order number, and we will ship the correct product when we have verified the information (this requires prior return of the unit received in error - we are responsible for the shipping costs) .
Alternatively, if the item is no longer in stock, store credit or a full refund will be given.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase. However, if 2 hours have passed after placing the order, we cannot cancel the order, but we will always be happy to help you in your situation.
If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes if your order has not yet been shipped. If it has been sent, we will not be able to change it.
