The Total Warranty we offer for 3 years gives you the peace of mind you need when it comes to buying watches with such sophisticated movements.

3 Years Warranty.

The seller will be liable to the consumer for defects that appear within a period of three years from delivery, which will be understood as the day indicated on the invoice or purchase receipt, or on the delivery note if this is later.

Unless proven otherwise, it will be presumed that defects of conformity that appear within two years following the delivery of the good already existed when it was delivered.

The consumer may demand from the business the remedy of the defect of conformity, a price reduction, or contract termination, procedures that will be free of charge for the consumer, including the necessary expenses to bring the goods into conformity, especially shipping, transportation, labor, or material costs.

Any factory defect that the watches have during the 3 years from when you receive them is covered.
  • Problems with the strap? We will send you a new one, completely free.
  • Problems with the automatic movement? We will replace the watch with a new one, covering the shipping costs of the defective unit.

These coverages are only offered to our customers. Under no circumstances is warranty or coverage offered for products purchased on other platforms, as they do not meet our quality standards.
