The Total Guarantee that we offer for 3 years gives you the peace of mind you need when it comes to buying watches with such sophisticated movements.

3 Years of Warranty.

The seller will be liable to the consumer for any faults that appear during a period of three years from delivery, which will be deemed to have been delivered on the day that appears on the invoice or purchase receipt, or on the delivery note if this is later.

Unless proven otherwise, it will be presumed that any lack of conformity that manifests itself in the two years following the delivery of the good already existed when it was delivered.

The consumer may demand that the businessman remedy the lack of conformity, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free of charge for the consumer, including the expenses that are necessary for the goods to be brought into compliance, especially the costs of shipping, transportation, labor or materials.

Any factory defects that the watches have during the 3 years from when you receive it, are covered.
  • Problems with the strap? We will send you a new one, totally free.
  • Problems with the automatic movement? We replace the clock with a new one, assuming the shipping costs of the defective unit.

These coverages are only offered to our clients. In no case is a guarantee or coverage offered for products purchased on other platforms, since they do not meet our quality standards.
