The Total Warranty we offer for 3 years gives you the peace of mind you need when it comes to buying watches with such sophisticated movements.

3 Years Warranty.

The seller will be liable to the consumer for defects that appear within a period of three years from delivery, which will be understood as the day indicated on the invoice or purchase receipt, or on the delivery note if it is later.

Unless proven otherwise, it will be presumed that the non-conformities that appear within two years after delivery of the good already existed when it was delivered.

The consumer may require the business to remedy the lack of conformity, reduce the price, or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer, including the necessary expenses to bring the goods into conformity, especially shipping, transport, labor, or material costs.

Any factory defect that the watches have during the 3 years from when you receive it is covered.
  • Problems with the strap? We send you a new one, completely free.
  • Problems with the automatic movement? We replace the watch with a new one, covering the shipping costs of the defective unit.

These coverages are only offered to our customers. Under no circumstances is a Warranty or coverage offered for products purchased on other platforms, as they do not meet our quality standards.
