Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are €4.99 for orders under €50. For orders over that amount, shipping is free.

The delivery time is 7 to 10 business days.

For the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Canary Islands, delivery may be delayed by an additional 3 to 7 business days. That is, in these regions, the timeframe is 10 to 17 business days.

Orders processed with Standard Shipping are sent by our Logistics Department from our Headquarters in China. They are processed as quickly as possible, usually the same day, but during high volume periods, it may take up to 3 days, which must be added to the delivery time.

You can check your order tracking in the Customer Area. It is shown the next day. And you can see updates after 2 days, when the carrier has received and shipped the merchandise.

Express Shipping. Delivery in 24/48h.

We work with Correos Express to offer the fastest delivery times. These are as follows:

• Peninsula: Orders placed before 3 p.m. are delivered the next business day. If you place the order after 3 p.m., it will be delivered within the next 48 business hours.
• Balearic Islands: Delivery in 24/48h for orders placed before 3 p.m.  If you place the order after 3 p.m., it will be delivered within the next 48/72 business hours.
• Canary Islands: Not available.
• Ceuta and Melilla: Not available.

The Express shipping price is €4.99. It is only available for products in stock at our warehouse located in Madrid.
