Shipping Policy
We offer 2 shipping methods; Standard Shipping (7-10 days) and Express Shipping (24/48h). Below we inform you of the details and conditions of each of them:
Standard Shipping. Delivery in 7-10 days (Free).
We have free shipping to almost all of Spain (Canary Islands excluded). No minimum order, we assume the costs.
The estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days.
For the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, delivery may take between 3 and 7 more business days. That is, in these regions the period is 10 to 17 business days.
Orders processed with Standard Shipping are sent by our Logistics Department from our Headquarters in Canton. And they are processed as quickly as possible, normally on the same day, but in times of high volume, it can take up to 3 days, which must be added to the delivery time.
You can check the tracking of your order in the Customer Area. It shows up the next day. And you can see the updates after 2 days, when the carrier has received and shipped the merchandise.
Express delivery. Delivery in 24/48 hours.
We work with Correos Express to be able to offer the fastest delivery times. Which are the following:
- Peninsula : Orders placed before 3pm are delivered the next business day.
- Balearic Islands : Delivery in 24/48 hours for orders placed before 3pm.
- Canary Islands : Not available.
- Ceuta and Melilla : Not available.
The Express shipping price is €9.99. And it is only available for products that are in stock in our warehouse located in Madrid.
Taxes, Duties and Customs.
All shipments include taxes, duties and duties, so you don't have to worry about surprises upon delivery.
